This is just a quick before and after type post... toy style. A little while ago we were handed down a sit-n-spin from my brother's kids, and it was a little rough around the edges. Not to mention those primary colors... they drive me nuts. So I grabbed the toy, ripped off what stickers remained, and brought it outside.





Spray painted it an almondy color...




Grabbed some pretty paper (should have used something thicker than wrapping paper, it bubbled too much)...




and used Glitter Mod Podge to stick that paper down.  Hey, I've got three girls, and we love us some glitter!!!





See all those bubbles?  Darn it.  I couldn't smooth them out, either, because the paper started to rip.  ***Note to self.... don't do that again.***

Despite the bubbly paper, I still think it's a huge improvement from its previous look.  The girls love it, so it's all good!
